Apply for an LLC through an articles of organization by completing the form, attaching the filing and docketing statement, and send to the Pennsylvania Secretary of State's office.
Always check with the business entity database so that a duplicate filing for the same name does not occur.
How to File
Step 1 -- Complete the Form - Fill in the blanks either on your computer or after printing and handwriting in black ink. A docketing statement must accompany one of the following forms below;
Choose One
Domestic (Most Common) -- For all companies that will be located within Pennsylvania.
Foreign -- For all companies located outside the State.
Step 2 -- Pay the Fee - A fee must be attached to the form. Make checks payable to the 'Commonwealth of Pennsylvania'.
Domestic -- $125
Foreign -- $250
Step 3 -- Mail - Send the completed forms and send the fee to:
